Updated Skincare Routine

We hate to be stereotypical "influencers" that are like, "so many people have been asking us about our skincare routines" when no one actually cares... but it really is one of the most commonly asked questions that we get in our DMs all the time.

In one of our very first podcast episodes, we talked all about our secrets to clear skin. A few things have changed since then, and even though we go through ups and downs with our skin, we thought we'd give you guys an update on the products that we're using now to have the best possible skin that we can.

Lauren's products/routine:

Cleanser: Cerave hydrating cleanser, used morning and night with Foreo spin brush. This cleanser is super inexpensive and can be found at any drugstore. It's unscented and super gentle. The Foreo is a vibrating silicone brush that really gives you a deep clean.

Makeup remover: Biotherm total renew balm

Scrub: Mario Badescu botanical exfoliating scrub (green bottle)

AM moisturizer: Cetaphil daily hydrating lotion, drugstore product.

PM moisturizer: Cetaphil hydrating night cream and Bio-oil dry skin gel, both available at drugstore.

Spot treatments: Tactu pump topical gel, a Dermatologist prescribed treatment that is amazing for active acne but very drying. Other less harsh products that you can buy over the counter are the Mario Badescu drying lotion (a classic) and Beauty Counter SOS acne spot treatment.

Mask: Biotherm wonder mud

Maddie's products/routine:

Cleanser: Fresh soy face cleanser, a super gentle cleanser that is gentle on the skin. Found at Sephora! Applied with Foreo spin brush, just like Lauren.

Chemical exfoliator: Biologique Recherche P50. This product is kind of insane and has a cult following for that reason. It's not exactly gentle (can cause redness and dryness) but truly transforms your skin.

Moisturizer: Tatcha the water cream or Dr. Barbara Sturm face cream

Serums: Glossier solution, Drunk Elephant Vitamin C serum, Sunday Riley retinol

Let us know if you want a whole episode on our updated skincare routine - we can talk about the lifestyle factors that help our skin as well!
